This procedure applies to complaints about the policies, procedures, or appeals to editorial decisions or actions of the Edison Journal for Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EJEEE) editorial staff.

We welcome complaints as they provide an opportunity and a spur for improvement, and we aim to respond quickly, courteously, and constructively. Please write your complaint with journal title, vol. no., issue no., paper ID, paper title, page no.
An appeal or complaints letter can be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief or the editorial office directly, in writing, by email: info@ejeee.sss-publisher.com
To appeal be considered, please provide full details regarding your reasoning for the appeal letter. All appeals are reviewed and discussed during the Journal editorial staff meeting, with a final decision communicated to the author via email.
You can also direct all complaints to address Building No. 25, Street No. 15, Locality: 313, Diyala, 32001, Iraq, to talk about what you wish to complain about.
The EJEEE contains a number of single-blind, peer-reviewed articles. Our publication ethics and publication malpractice statement is mainly based on the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors (Committee on Publication Ethics, 2011) provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), an organization covering academic journals. It will investigate complaints that members have not followed the COPE Code of Conduct for Journal Editors.
